Our office is in the Kashinath Apartment, located in Rambag Colony on Paud Road in Kothrud. We are in apartment number 13. It is a bit of a different setup for Ibm India Pvt Ltd because it’s in a residential building rather than a commercial complex. This means we have to be quiet so we don't bother the families living around us. The space is fairly small, just a few rooms converted into an office environment. We have our servers in one corner and our desks in the other. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons because the sun hits the windows directly, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a big operation here; just a handful of people who know each other well. Most of us walk or take a rickshaw to get here. Paud Road is always busy, so it’s nice to step into the quiet of Rambag Colony once the workday starts. We don't have any fancy brochures or a website with shiny photos of our team. We are just a group of people working out of an apartment building in Pune. It’s a very grounded way to work. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. We focus on the tasks we have and don't worry about corporate image or looking important. It works for us.
