The NIBM Road area in Pune has changed a lot lately, but our spot in the Kwality Sapphire Building stays pretty much the same. We are in unit 103, which is convenient since we don't have to wait for the elevator for very long to get to the first floor. The building itself has a mix of different businesses, so you see all sorts of people in the lobby every morning. Ibm India Pvt Limited has been operating from this Kondwa location for some time now. The office isn't massive, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in comfortably without feeling too cramped. There’s a big window that looks out toward the road, and sometimes we get distracted watching the traffic jams form in the evening. Pune weather is usually nice, so we often leave the windows cracked open to let the breeze in instead of running the air conditioning all the time. There are plenty of cafes and small restaurants within walking distance, which is great for when we need a break from our screens. The walls are a bit plain, and we haven't really bothered with much decoration because we’re more focused on getting the tasks finished. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to spend the workday. We share a common hallway with a couple of other companies, so it's always interesting to see who is coming and going throughout the day.
