Our office is over at A 19 in the Devi Indrayani Apartments in Talawade. Ibm India Pvt Limited in Pune 412114 is a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like it here. It’s close to the IT parks but still feels like a real neighborhood. We’ve got a basic setup inside the apartment building. It’s not fancy, just a few rooms filled with computers and desks. We spend a lot of time here, so we’ve made it as comfortable as we can without spending a fortune. There’s a small balcony where we can get some fresh air when the work gets a bit intense. The street outside can get busy during shift changes at the nearby companies. We usually stick to our own schedule. We aren't a big corporate machine; we’re just a group of colleagues who have worked together for a while. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to polish our image. What you see is what you get. We handle our accounts and our technical work as it comes in. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and other times we leave early if the work is done. It’s a flexible way of doing things at Ibm India Pvt Limited. We’re happy with our little spot in Talawade. It works for us and our daily lifestyle.
