Our office is A 904 in the Dsk Frangipani building. We are situated near Sadhu Vaswani Chowk in Pune. It is a pretty well-known spot, so people don’t usually have too much trouble finding the building. Ibm Global Services India Pvt Ltd is what we go by professionally. We are up on one of the higher floors, so we get a decent view of the area, though we are usually too busy with work to look out the window much. The space is a regular office setup. It has desks, some storage cabinets, and a whole lot of power strips. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs. Most of us have been working together for several years, so we have a routine that works. We handle a lot of technical support and service management from this room. Pune is a fast-moving city, and we try to keep up with the pace without getting too stressed out. We don’t do big presentations or corporate events here. It is more about getting the daily tasks finished and helping out the people who call us. We keep things pretty informal. If someone needs help, they just ask. It’s a straightforward environment. No mission statements on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few old photos. We like the neighborhood because there are good places to grab a quick lunch.
