You can find us at B7 Paramount Appartments on Convent Street in Pune. We are up on the 5th floor, which is nice because it gets us away from the immediate noise of the street below. Pune411001 is a busy pincode, and this area has a lot of history and old buildings. Paramount Appartments is one of those places that has been around for a bit. The elevator is sometimes a little slow, so a few of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Ibm Daksh has been in this particular unit for some time now. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for our team to sit and handle the daily workload. The windows look out over the city, which is probably the best part of the office. Otherwise, it’s just a lot of computers, chairs, and stacks of paper. We don't have any flashy branding in the hallway or anything like that. It’s just a door with a small sign. The atmosphere inside is pretty relaxed, even when we are busy. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or have long meetings about nothing. We just get the instructions, do the tasks, and make sure everything is recorded properly. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit everyone who works here. No one is putting on an act, we just do our jobs and head home when the clock strikes five. Actually, the snacks around here are pretty good too.
