Ibm Daksh Pune

Even though the name says Ibm Daksh Pune, we are actually located in Majalgaon in the Beed district. Our office is at Gajanan Nagar, right on Bajar Road, care of S N Jagtap. It’s a small-town atmosphere here. Being on the main road means there’s always something happening outside—tractors passing by or people heading to the market. The office is quite modest. We don't have the big glass windows or the fancy elevators you might find in a big city. It’s just a few rooms filled with desks and computers. Most of us live right here in Majalgaon, so the commute is just a short walk or a bike ride. Work is steady, and we spend our time managing the systems and staying on top of our duties. We take our tea breaks seriously and often sit outside to watch the street traffic for a few minutes. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes it gets quite hot, and we rely on the fans to keep us cool. People here are friendly and we all know each other’s families. It’s a local operation through and through, focusing on the work at hand without any unnecessary fluff or complications. We might have the Pune name in our registration, but our daily life is all about Majalgaon and the community here. We just keep our heads down and work.
