Our setup is a bit different as we are located at C O Mr O K Somani, 18 Mahesh Nagar on Artillery Contre Road. This is over in Nashik Road, Nashik. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for the kind of work we do at Ibm Daksh Business Process Services Pvt Ltd. We don't need a huge glass building to handle business processes. Being near the Artillery Centre gives the place a very specific feel, quite disciplined and steady. We mostly focus on back-end support and making sure the paperwork for various businesses is in order. It’s the kind of work that happens behind the scenes. We have a few rooms set up with the equipment we need. Most of the people working here are locals from Nashik who appreciate a short commute. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather just get to the task and finish it. The atmosphere is pretty casual. You’ll hear the occasional sound of the road outside, but mostly it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a modest way to run a business, and we are fine with that. We just do our part and keep things moving for the companies that rely on us. It’s a long road but we enjoy the quiet life here in Mahesh Nagar.
