Our office is over in Warje, Pune, specifically in Sai Sayaji Nagar. We are based at B 10, right near the Cipla Foundation. Niraj D Rathi is the one who handles things here. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we are essentially the collector office for Iap Company. The location is pretty easy to find since the Cipla building is a big landmark. We aren't a huge operation. It’s a small office where we focus on client collection and related tasks for the Gurgaon office. Pune is a great city, and Warje is a good neighborhood to be in. We have a modest setup. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend our days making calls and updating spreadsheets. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is necessary. We don't have any fancy corporate branding or a lobby. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when there are a lot of accounts to clear. We just take it one step at a time. The team here is small, so we all know each other well. We don't have big meetings; we just talk across the room if something needs to be sorted out. It’s a simple way of doing business without any unnecessary complications. We just try to stay focused on the numbers and make sure the records match up by the end of the month without any errors.
