Iaac

Iaac is based out of Bavdhan in Pune. We are in E 303, Suvarna Park Society. It’s right near the Maratha Mandir, so it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Bavdhan is a nice area, a bit quieter than the main city center but still has everything we need. The office is inside a residential society, so it feels very personal. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our equipment. It’s not a huge firm, just a handful of us working together. We spend our days mostly on the computer or in meetings. We don't go for any of those big corporate retreats or fancy branding. We just do the work that comes our way. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It’s a bit informal, which we prefer. Some days we work late if there’s a lot to do. The society is peaceful, which helps us focus. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number on the door. It’s just a regular group of people doing their job in a quiet corner of Pune. We like the way things are going here. Sometimes we walk around the society grounds during a break. It helps to clear the head before going back to the screens. We have some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive.
