I360 Staffing & Training Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated in Budhwar Peth at the 1st Cross of Journalist Colony. We have shops number 51 to 54, which sounds like a lot of space but it fills up fast with the training equipment and all the people coming in. Budhwar Peth is an old and very crowded part of the city, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving. We have various rooms set up for different training sessions where students and job seekers come to learn new skills. The walls are a bit thin so you can often hear what’s happening in the next room. We spend a lot of our time updating the training materials or talking to companies who need new staff. There are a lot of printing shops and small businesses around us, so the area always feels very active. We have a few computers that are getting a bit old but they still do the job for the most part. It’s a very practical environment and we don't worry too much about the decor. We just focus on the people who come in looking for a better chance at a job. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open even with the street noise.
