I2It Finolex Group As High Tech Advisor

We are over at Flat 6 in the Sunview building, which is at 8A near Vastu Udyog in the Masulkar Colony. This part of Pimpri in Pune is where we do our thing as advisors for the group. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually like. The office is basically a flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a small balcony where we can see the street below. Being a high tech advisor sounds like a big title, but mostly it is just us looking at data and talking about how to fix things that aren't working right. The Sunview building is an older one, so sometimes the plumbing acts up or the stairs feel a bit steep, but it has character. Pimpri is a good place to be because it is not as crazy as central Pune but still has everything. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old posters. People come by sometimes, and we just sit around the table and talk. It is a very direct way of working. We don't go for any of that polished corporate stuff. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to be helpful whenever we are asked.
