I Design Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd is located over at Ananthi Flats, specifically in B5. We are right here in Chennai, 600004. It’s an apartment building, so it feels more like a home office than a big industrial site. We do a lot of engineering stuff from this small space. There are a few of us who sit here and work on technical drawings and solutions throughout the day. Chennai is hot, so the fans are always going. We don't have a huge signage outside or anything like that. People who need our engineering help usually know where to find us. It gets a bit quiet sometimes, which is good for focusing on calculations. We use standard computers and software to get things ready for our clients. It’s been a few years since we set up in this flat. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We prefer it this way because we can actually talk to each other without sending internal emails all day. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. We handle a variety of engineering tasks, mostly technical things that require a lot of sitting and thinking. It’s just a practical way to run a business in the city without too much overhead. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the deadlines. That’s pretty much what goes on at B5 every single day. We keep the windows open for the breeze and just keep working.
