I work at the branch here in Pimpri, which is located in the Jewel of Pimpri building. Our office is on the second floor in the A Wing, specifically units 933 and 934. To find us, you have to go through the 3rd Cross in the Ramaiah Layout area, right across from the PCMC building. It’s a busy part of town and the building itself has a lot of different offices. Our space is pretty standard, with several desks and chairs for when people come in to talk about their insurance. It isn't a very large office, and it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to process. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computers, trying to keep everything updated. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around, which is a bit of a pain. We aren't the big bosses from the head office; we are just the local staff here in Pimpri. We try to keep things simple when we talk to people because all the technical terms can get confusing. There’s a small area where we have our lunch and make tea. It’s a regular office job, nothing too exciting. We just handle the local claims and help people with their policies. If you come by, the lift is often broken, so be prepared to walk up to the second floor.
