Hyatt

We are over at Hyatt in Kalyani Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. The building is large, and there is always something going on, whether it’s people checking in or events happening in the halls. Kalyani Nagar is a fast-moving neighborhood, and being right in the middle of it means we stay on our toes. We have a lot of different people working here, from the folks at the front desk to the kitchen staff and the people who keep the rooms tidy. It’s a lot of coordination every single day. We don't really think of it as a corporate machine; it’s more like a giant house with way too many guests. Sometimes things get hectic, like when a lot of people arrive at once or when the kitchen is slammed during dinner. We just handle it as it comes. The lobby is usually full of music and the sound of people talking. We spend a lot of time making sure the floors are clean and the lights are working. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t notice unless something goes wrong. We like being in Kalyani Nagar because it’s close to everything, and there’s always a good mix of locals and travelers coming through. It’s definitely not a quiet job, but we enjoy the rhythm of the place and the people we meet.
