We handle Human Resource Administration With at our office located at Flat No. 176 in the New Type III R.D.E Colony. This is over in the Dighi area of Pune, specifically within the DRDO grounds. Working inside a colony like this is quite different from a standard office park. It’s much more quiet, and you have the security checkpoints to deal with every morning and evening. Our space is basically a converted flat, so it has a very homey, if a bit cramped, feel to it. We have desks set up where the living room would be, and we spend our hours sorting through employee records and handling all the admin tasks that come up. It’s a lot of typing, filing, and answering the phone when people have questions about their benefits or their pay. The walls are a bit bare, and we don’t have any fancy decorations. It’s just a place where we get the paperwork done. Dighi is a nice enough place, but it can feel a bit isolated sometimes. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. There’s always a stack of forms waiting to be processed, and we just work our way through them one by one. It’s a very standard administrative routine, and we’ve been at this address for a long time now.
