You can find Human Capital Consultant over in Ambegaon, Budruk. Our office is located in the Ganesh Housing Society, specifically at Flat Number 17. We are situated on Survey Number 16/2 in the Pune-46 area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s a good, solid neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this flat for some time now. It’s not a large corporate space, just a regular residential society apartment that we’ve converted for our consulting work. We mostly handle things like hiring and personnel tasks. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes. The society itself is a typical residential spot, so there are kids playing outside and people going about their lives. We like the grounded feel of it. It keeps us connected to real people, which is what our work is all about anyway. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive decorations. Just some desks, computers, and files. People usually find us by looking for the society gate first. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job from our small corner of Pune. It’s a quiet way to run a business, and it suits our style. If you’re looking for a fancy lobby, you won’t find it here, but you will find us working hard. We are just a local group doing what we know best.
