Hs Patki Co

Hs Patki Co is located on Vithalwadi Road in Pune. It is a fairly busy road with lots of trucks and cars passing by all day. Our office is right there, so it can get a bit noisy, but we don't really notice it anymore. We have been in this spot for several years and it suits us just fine. The building is a regular concrete structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our desks and all our equipment laid out in a way that makes sense for us. We are not big on office design or having a fancy breakroom. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks while we talk. The team is small and we all live in different parts of Pune. Some of us have a long commute, so we try to be flexible with the timing. We don't have any of those corporate policies you find in big firms. If someone needs to leave early for a family thing, they just do it. We trust each other to get the work done. We handle everything ourselves, from the phone calls to the paperwork. It is a hands-on kind of place. We don't use marketing talk because we don't see the point. We are just regular people working hard on Vithalwadi Road. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and keep going. That is just how we do things here.
