Out here in MIDC Bhosari, things are always moving. Our place is right in the heart of the industrial zone in Pune-26. If you walk through the doors, you’ll probably hear the sound of metal or some machinery humming along. It’s an engineering environment through and through. We deal with process systems, so there’s a lot of technical stuff to keep track of every single day. The office part is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. Pune weather is usually okay, but the workshop gets pretty warm by midday. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we usually just huddle around a drawing or a screen to figure out the next step. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the routine like the back of our hands. Lunchtime is the only quiet hour when everyone heads out to the local spots or opens their dabbas. Then it’s back to it. Dealing with systems means you can't really afford to be sloppy, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. It’s hard work, and the traffic getting into Bhosari can be a real headache in the mornings. But we show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It's just a regular, busy workplace trying to keep things running smooth for the people we supply to.
