Hroutsourceone

Hroutsourceone is run by Alok Thapliyal out of Flat Number 95 in Sector 3 of Pusp Vihar. That’s in New Delhi. It’s a residential setup, which keeps things low-key and quiet for the most part. We handle HR outsourcing tasks from this flat. It’s basically where all the planning and communication happen. Living and working in South Delhi has its own rhythm. Sector 3 is a nice enough area, and being in Pusp Vihar means we are close to a lot of things but tucked away from the main road chaos. The office is just a room with computers, phones, and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a big sign outside or a reception desk. It’s more of a personal operation. We take care of payroll, hiring, and all those human resources things that companies don’t want to do themselves. It’s just us putting in the hours every day. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the residential stuff, but we manage just fine. We’ve been doing this for a while now. It’s a simple way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy commercial building. We focus on the work and keep things moving. It works for us and it works for the people we help out. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work through our lists. It's a comfortable way to get through the daily grind.
