Our place is over in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically at El 37-4. It's near Gawali Mata Chouk in the J Block of the MIDC area. If you're coming from Quality Circle or Telco Road, it's not too hard to find us. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of clanking and heavy machinery sounds around. We deal with tools, so the floor is usually a bit dusty. It’s a practical space. We have various machines and storage racks taking up most of the room. It’s not a place for fancy shoes. We spend the day making sure the tools are right and the orders are packed. It’s hard work, and the heat in the shed can get a bit much during the summer months. We've been part of this industrial community for a good while. You see the same faces at the local tea stalls every morning. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming and going all the time. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. Sometimes a machine breaks down and that throws the whole day off, but we fix it and keep going. We don’t have a big front office. Most of the action happens right there on the shop floor. It’s just how we operate. Practical and straightforward. We handle a lot of different sizes and types of tools, so keeping the inventory straight is a full-time job itself. We just take it one order at a time.
