Hrinnovations

We are located in the Erandwana area of Pune, specifically in the Patwardhan Baug neighborhood. Our office is in the Anant Building, which is also known as Smt. Sathe Sumati. We are on the fifth floor, flat number five. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Hrinnovations is just the name we put on the paperwork. In reality, we are just a small group of people working together in a quiet part of town. We like it here because it is not as loud as the main roads. We do a lot of HR-related tasks, but we try to keep it down to earth. We don't use those big words that people usually use in business. We just talk to people. The space we have is comfortable and it feels a bit like a home because it’s an apartment building. We have our tea breaks and talk about whatever is in the news. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do a good job for the people we work with. Most of our clients are local businesses who know us by name. We don't do much marketing or promotion. We just stay here in Erandwana and keep doing what we’ve been doing for years now. It’s a simple life and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
