Hr Vision Pune is based out of Block No E9 13 in the Salunke Vihar Colony area of Wano Wrie. It’s a residential part of Pune 411022, so the office feels a bit more like a home than a stiff business building. We handle a lot of the local recruitment needs from here. Salunke Vihar is a well-known spot, and being located inside the colony means it’s relatively quiet, which helps when we are trying to focus on interviews or sorting through candidate profiles. We have a few rooms set up with computers and cabinets for all our records. Most of the time, we are just busy calling people back and trying to match their skills with what companies are asking for. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our address listed. Working in Wano Wrie is convenient because it’s a good location in Pune. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just help businesses find the staff they are looking for.
