If you head over to Mundwa, specifically the Pingle Vasti area, you will find us in Sadhguru Heights. We are in unit C-1. It is a decent enough building, not too flashy, which suits us just fine. Hr Solutions is basically just a small team of us working through piles of paperwork and making calls all day long. Pune is growing so fast, and Mundwa is right in the middle of a lot of that change. We see a lot of people coming through these doors looking for advice or help with their hiring needs. The office isn't very large, so things can feel a bit cramped when the whole team is in at the same time. We have got a couple of plants that we forget to water sometimes, and the filing cabinets are definitely reaching their limit. But the work gets done. We don't bother with fancy presentations or anything. We just talk to people, listen to what they need, and try to match them up with something that fits. It is a lot of manual sorting and checking details. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project, and other times it is quiet enough to actually have a proper lunch break. It is just a regular office life in a busy part of the city. We like being in Sadhguru Heights because it is easy for people to find once they get to Pingle Vasti and look for the sign.
