We've been at the Rajgriha Society on Salunkhe Vihar Road for a while now. It's a quiet spot in Kondhwa Khurd here in Pune. Mostly, we just handle hiring stuff for other businesses. It started out small, just a couple of desks and a lot of phone calls. People come in looking for work, or companies call us because they can't find the right staff on their own. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about what they can actually do. It's not always easy because sometimes the person and the job just don't fit, but we try to figure it out. The office isn't anything fancy. It's just a regular space where we get things done. We deal with all sorts of industries around Pune. Some days are really busy with interviews back to back, and other days we're just catching up on paperwork and checking references. We know the local area well since we're right here in the neighborhood. Usually, someone is around if you need to drop off a paper or ask about a listing. We don't have a big corporate setup, it’s just us working through the daily tasks of matching people with positions. It keeps us busy enough. The traffic on Salunkhe Vihar Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but we've gotten used to it over the years. That’s pretty much how things go here at Hr Solution.
