Hr Remedy

Hr Remedy is run by a small team here in Pune, Maharashtra. We’re based out of a place handled by Sabyasachi Nanda. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we get our work done. The 411027 area is where we spend most of our time. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling to find decent work and figured we could help out a bit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or polished presentations. Our day usually starts with a lot of tea and a long list of phone calls to make. Some days the phones are quiet and we just organize our records. Other days, it’s a bit of a scramble. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who reach out to us. We have stacks of resumes on the desks and sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paper. We try to be honest with everyone who walks in. If there aren't many jobs in their field, we tell them. We don't like to waste anyone's time. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been at this address for quite a while and the people around here know us. We’re just regular staff doing a regular job, trying to make the connections that people need to get by. We keep the office open until late most nights just to finish the filing.
