Hr Remedy India is based in Pune. We work in the human resources field, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the computer and the phone. The city is full of offices and factories, so there is always someone looking for staff. We try to help out with that. Our office is a simple one. We don't have any big corporate logos on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we can sit and talk to people. We look through a lot of resumes every single day. Some are good and some aren't, but we read them all anyway. We don't use complicated language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people in Pune trying to make a living by helping others find jobs. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s important to the people we talk to. We’ve learned a lot about how businesses around here work over the years. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just show up, do the interviews, and try to match the right person with the right job. It’s a practical way to spend the day and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the streets of Pune well. It’s just us doing our thing.
