We are right across from the Laxmi Narayan Theater in the Swarna Building. If you know where the Swargate Bus Stop is, you can find us pretty easily here in Mukund Nagar. We deal with HR stuff, which basically means we talk to a lot of people about their careers and help companies find the right staff. It’s a busy spot in Pune, so there is always something going on outside our windows, from the traffic to the theater crowds. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, making calls and going through stacks of resumes. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is when we talk to candidates. If a job isn’t a good fit, we say so right away. We’ve been in this building for a good bit of time now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It’s a good community to be part of. The office itself is pretty basic—just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re some huge international corporation with fancy offices. We’re just a local Pune business trying to help other businesses grow by finding them good people. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud, but that’s just how the recruitment business goes. We’re glad to be where we are and we just take things one day at a time, trying to do right by everyone.
