We operate out of 144 Vittal Niwas in the Somwar Peth area of Pune. It’s an old part of the city, and our building reflects that history quite a bit. Somwar Peth has its own charm with the narrow lanes and the small shops that have been there for decades. Our office isn't anything like the big firms you see in the IT parks. It’s a simple room with a few wooden tables, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of resumes printed out on paper. At Hr Recuiter, we spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out who might be a good fit for the jobs we have on our list. There’s no fancy software doing the work for us; we just talk to people and take notes. The walls are a bit bare, and the lighting isn't the best, but it works for what we do. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, though that means we also get all the noise from the street outside. We don't put on any acts here or try to sound more important than we are. We're just local recruiters trying to help people find work from our base in Pune-11. It’s a modest setup, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things honest and easy to manage without the typical corporate pressure.
