Hr Recruiting Firm

Our office is over in Tingre Nagar, right at Plot 120 near Sr 33/2. We set up in Ganga Nivas a while back. Being an HR recruiting firm in Pune keeps us pretty busy. Most of our days are spent looking through piles of resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. It’s not a glamorous job. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It’s just a regular place where we drink way too much tea and make a hundred phone calls a day. Pune is growing so fast these days that it’s hard to keep track of all the new businesses opening up. We try to help local folks find a job that actually fits them. It’s not always an easy match. Some days we have way too many people and not enough jobs, and other days it’s the other way around. We just keep at it, though. We don’t use any of those big corporate words or fancy software for everything we do. Sometimes just having a real conversation is better than any computer test. We like meeting people from different backgrounds. Everyone has a story about why they need work, and we listen to them. It’s a job for us, sure, but it matters a lot to the people who walk through our door in Pune-32.
