We’ve been based out of L-18 in Maurya Vihar for a while now, tucked away near the Mahatma Society in Kothrud. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the traffic in Pune can be a real headache some mornings. Our team is small, mostly just a handful of us trying to help other businesses figure out their staff situations. We do a lot of the boring stuff like payroll and sorting through stacks of resumes that come in every week. It’s not flashy work, but someone has to do it. We spend our days on the phone or sitting in front of screens, checking references and making sure the paperwork for new hires is actually correct. Sometimes we lose track of time when the office gets busy, and the tea gets cold on the desk. People come to us when they need a new hand on deck or when their current setup isn't working right. We don’t use those big fancy words you hear in business meetings. We just talk like regular people and try to get the job done. Kothrud is a good place for this kind of thing because there are so many small shops and offices nearby. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same, just keeping on with the daily tasks of managing human resources without making a big fuss about it.
