Hr Executive

I’m an HR Executive working out of Kumar Samruddhi in Tingare Nagar. The office is actually in flat 701, so it’s right in the middle of a residential complex in Vishrantwadi. It’s a nice enough place to spend the day. Since it’s a home-office setup, things are pretty low-key most of the time. I spend most of my time on the phone or going through emails from people looking for jobs. The view from the 7th floor isn’t bad at all when the weather is clear. Pune can get pretty busy, but this part of Tingare Nagar stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. I have a desk in the corner with a lamp and a lot of notebooks for taking notes. Being an HR Executive means a lot of paperwork and tracking people’s details constantly. I don’t have a big corporate team behind me, it’s just me handling the daily load. Sometimes the building has maintenance work going on, so there’s drilling in the background. I just put on my headphones and keep moving through the resumes. The address is 701, A/3, so people sometimes get lost trying to find the right wing. I usually have to tell them to look for the Kumar Samruddhi sign at the gate. It’s a straightforward way to work. I don’t use any complex systems, just my computer and a few folders. Life here in Pune 411015 is fast but my office is a quiet spot.
