It’s right there near the highway in Malwadi. Pune traffic can be a real headache, especially being so close to the main road, but it makes it easy for people to find the general area. We aren't a big glass building with a giant lobby. It’s more of a personal setup where we manage things from the desk in the flat. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork but we make it work. Nilesh handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff himself. We started doing this because there was a need for something practical in this part of Pune. It’s not some fancy corporate headquarters. You might hear the TV in the background or the neighbors in the hallway while we are talking. That’s just how it is when you run a business from a residential complex. We focus on getting the basics right and making sure nobody gets lost trying to find us. The highway is loud but you get used to the hum after a few weeks. It’s a simple life here in Warje and we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
