Hotel Aurora Towere

We call our place Hotel Aurora Towere. Our background is a bit different because we have roots in the 3 Years Diploma in Hotel Management from IHMCT Pune. That is where we learned the basics of how to run things. We aren't a huge chain, just a local spot where we try to put that training to use. The way we run things is pretty practical. We focus on the daily tasks like laundry, check-ins, and keeping the place clean. It’s a lot of manual work and we are often on our feet all day. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. Usually, you’ll find us at the front desk or helping out in the back. We try to keep things running without making a big deal about it. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb goes out, and we just deal with it as it happens. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't use a lot of business talk or try to sound more important than we are. We are just people who went to school for this and now we are doing it for real. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take it one day at a time. The building itself is simple, but we make sure the basics are covered for every person who stays here.
