Honeywell

We are located in Pune, specifically at D 001 in the Pramar Pavan building. This is in the Khondhwa Khurd area, which has really grown a lot over the last few years. Being on the ground floor makes things a bit easier for us, especially when we have stuff to move in or out of the office. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big high-rise offices you see in other parts of the city. We have been at this address for a while and have seen the local shops nearby change hands many times. The building itself is pretty sturdy, though it definitely shows its age in a few spots here and there. We do not have a big reception desk or anyone to greet you with a rehearsed script. It is just us inside, working on whatever the day brings. Khondhwa can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it is a decent and familiar area to be based in. We keep our space tidy enough to get the work done, but it is definitely a lived-in office. There is a lot of practical stuff happening here every day. We do not really worry about looking corporate or polished. It is more about having a reliable place to sit down and finish the job. The neighbors in the building are mostly quiet, which is a nice bonus for us. If you are looking for Honeywell in Pune 48, this is the spot.
