Hemkrishi

Hemkrishi is situated out on the Pune-nagar Road in Wagholi. You can find us right at Gate No. 559/1a. It’s a bit outside the main city, which is better for the kind of work we do. We deal with agricultural supplies and sometimes equipment. The lot is mostly open space where we keep some of the larger items. It gets pretty hot out here during the day, so we usually have the fans going in the small office. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We’re just a group of people who know a bit about farming and help out the local growers. We see a lot of people passing through on their way to the city or back home to the villages. The Pune-nagar Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We’ve been at this Gate No. 559/1a location for a good while. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write pretty words for us. We just tell it like it is. If we have it in stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we try to find it. The ground is usually a bit muddy when it rains, and the warehouse can get crowded, but we manage. It’s a practical way to make a living. The walls are covered with old calendars and some notes scribbled directly on the plaster. It’s not professional, but it is very practical.
