You can find us on Sinhagad Road in Pune, specifically at B4 Vishranti Nagar. This part of the city can get very congested, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home to Vitthal Vadi. Our office is tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more like a residential neighborhood. It’s a simple setup for our branch of Hdfc Standard Life. We have a few desks and a couple of chairs for people who stop by. The staff here is mostly local, so we speak Marathi and Hindi quite a bit. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles. It's just a place where we sit and go through insurance applications and claims. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy if there’s a festival or a wedding procession on the road outside. We usually eat our lunch together in the small back room. The rain in Pune can be quite heavy, and on those days, the office feels a bit damp, but we keep the files dry. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the work is finished by the end of the day. It’s a practical environment. We know the regular visitors by name. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or filling out physical forms. It’s just a normal, everyday office for normal people. We make sure the front door is locked tight every evening.
