Our branch is tucked away in Onkar Apt, specifically at Flat No 12 on the first floor in Balajinagar, Dhankawadi. It’s a bit of a different setup compared to the big glass buildings you see in the city center of Pune. Being in a residential building like this makes the whole atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed, even when we’re busy with piles of documents. The address at Sno 22 Plot No 63 is where we spend most of our waking hours. People from the nearby apartments usually just walk over when they need something done. We handle the regular banking stuff, like checking on balances or helping folks set up their mobile apps. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s a very local feel here. We know the guard at the gate and the people who run the shops downstairs. The office itself is functional. We have our desks, the computers, and a lot of files that always seem to need organizing. It’s not some high-tech futuristic place, just a simple spot where we do our work. We deal with the usual glitches and the occasional busy spells during the start of the month when everyone wants their salary or pension. It’s just a steady rhythm of work and life in this little corner of Dhankawadi. There is always something to do, but it feels like home.
