Hays Construction & Property, Scotland

We are located in the Clover Centre on Molidina Road, right here in Pune. Even though the name mentions Scotland, this is where we handle the construction and property side of things for this area. The office is at number 201. It’s a busy building with a lot of other businesses, so there’s always people moving around the hallways. We spend our time talking to builders, engineers, and folks who need work done on their properties. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, as you might expect. We don't have any of those fancy office decorations. Just some calendars on the wall and piles of blueprints or resumes. Sometimes the traffic on Molidina Road is so loud we have to close the windows, even when it’s hot. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so we know the local property market fairly well. We don't try to use big sales pitches. If a job is available, we tell people. If a property has issues, we note it down. It’s just practical. We’re not trying to be the biggest office in Pune, just a reliable one where you can actually talk to a person. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to get through the to-do list before the weekend starts. It’s not flashy, but we get the job done for whoever walks in.
