We are located in Narayan Tower, right above the Bliss Bakery in Nibm Kondhwa. If you know that area in Pune, you know it gets pretty busy around there. We are up in Flat 14. It is just a regular office space where we spend most of our mornings and afternoons. Our small team handles job placements for people looking for work. It isn't anything fancy with glass walls or big logos. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and too many papers piled up on the side. The smell of fresh bread from the bakery downstairs usually hits us around tea time. It makes the day a bit better when the phones are ringing non-stop. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at resumes and talking to different companies. Pune is changing fast, and keeping up with who is hiring where is a full-time job. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is more about sitting down and seeing where someone might fit. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside is so loud we have to close the windows, which gets a bit stuffy. We have been here for a while now. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us through a friend. We just try to get the work done and go home. There is no magic to it, just matching people with what is available. It is honest work and we like being part of the Kondhwa community.
