Hariom Sationary Gift Articles is located at 13 Mahalaxmi Vihar in Vishrantwadi. It’s a straightforward shop where we sell pens, notebooks, and various gift items. We are mostly busy when the schools are open and kids come in for their supplies. We also have things like wrapping paper and small showpieces that people buy for housewarming parties or birthdays. The shop is part of the residential complex, so we get a lot of local foot traffic. It’s not a big place, but we try to keep the essentials. Sometimes the notebooks get a bit bent on the edges, but people don't seem to mind too much. We aren't trying to compete with the big malls. We just provide what's needed right here in the neighborhood. My wife and I manage the place. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay organized, though it’s hard when things get busy in the evening. Vishrantwadi is a growing area, but it still feels like a community. We know most of the parents and children who walk by. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. Word of mouth is how people find us. It’s a simple business. We open the shutters in the morning and close them once the streets get quiet. It’s just how we make our living, and we’re happy with that. We might add some more craft supplies next month if we can find the space.
