We are located in Moshi, specifically in the Alhatwasti area, inside the Kesargandh building at Flat C-104. It’s a bit different from a big factory. We deal with spices and food, so our place often smells like ground chilies or coriander. It’s a small operation run out of a flat, which means things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of stock coming in. Moshi has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up, but we still have that local feel. We spend a lot of time making sure the food is handled properly and getting the packages ready. It’s mostly family and a few helpers doing the work. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny storefront. Usually, it's just us sitting on the floor or at a small table, weighing out the masale and making sure the seals are tight. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move boxes around just to walk across the room. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. People around the building know us by the smell of the spices being packed. We aren't a huge corporation; we’re just a small business trying to get our food products into the local kitchens around Pune and beyond. It gets hectic around the holidays, but we manage to get everything out on time somehow.
