Hannahs Beauty Parlour

Hannahs Beauty Parlour is located in Shivaji Nagar, inside Arya Society at 1194/3. It’s a quiet residential area compared to the main roads of Pune. We set up the parlour in a way that feels very much like a home. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything, just a small board so people know where we are. The rooms are basic, with the equipment we need for haircuts, skin treatments, and threading. Most of the women who come here live in Arya Society or the buildings right next to us. It’s a place where you can come in your house clothes and just relax for an hour or so. We don’t have a lot of help, so usually, it’s just one or two of us doing all the work. That means we get to know our customers really well over time. We hear about their kids, their jobs, and their daily struggles. The furniture is comfortable but old, and we have some plants by the window that we try to keep alive. It gets a nice breeze in the evenings when the windows are open. We aren't trying to be a high-end spa with fancy music and cucumber water. We just provide regular beauty services for the local ladies who want to look a bit better without spending too much money or going too far. It’s a small, honest business that’s been part of the neighborhood for a long time.
