Hair Affair Saloon

Hair Affair Saloon is located in the 411004 area of Pune. It’s a pretty central part of the city, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don’t need a haircut. The shop isn’t very large, but we’ve managed to fit in three chairs and a small waiting bench that’s usually occupied by someone reading an old newspaper. We don’t do the whole corporate salon thing with uniforms and scripted greetings. When you walk in, you’ll just find us chatting about the cricket scores or the local news while we work. The mirrors are a bit old, and the floor always has a bit of hair on it because we stay so busy during the day. We do basic cuts, shaves, and maybe a bit of color if someone asks for it. It’s a straightforward place for people who want a decent look without paying for a fancy name or a scalp massage they didn’t ask for. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just open the door wide to let the natural light in so we can finish the job. We enjoy the rhythm of the city and the variety of people who come through our door. It’s not about being the most famous shop in Pune, just about being the one where people feel comfortable and get what they need. We’ll be here as long as people keep needing haircuts.
