We’ve been at 602 Deccan Gym for a long time now. Dealing with hoists and lifting gear is just what we do every day. It's not fancy work, but it's what we know. Most of the guys here have been around for years, working on these machines and making sure they do what they are supposed to. It's dusty, noisy sometimes, and always busy with someone welding or grinding something down. We don't spend much time on fancy offices because the real work happens out where the metal is. Dealing with local projects in the city keeps us occupied throughout the week. If you stop by, you'll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking over some old blueprints or trying to fix a stubborn motor. That’s just the way it is here. We try to keep the spare parts organized on the shelves, but it’s a working shop, so things get a bit messy during the rush. It’s been our home for a long time. People know where to find us when they need a hoist sorted out or a chain checked. We don’t make a big deal about what we do, we just get on with it.
