In Pune, you can find us at the Shri Narasinha Saraswati Society. We are in Flat number 12, right by the Kothrud Stand. It’s more of a residential building, so it feels very much like a home office. Kothrud is a nice area, very traditional in some ways. We have been here for a bit now, running the Haden International Group operations. It’s mostly quiet, except for when the buses pull into the stand nearby. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls. We just drink our chai and get through the tasks for the day. The society is peaceful, and there are some trees outside the windows. It’s a good place to work without too much distraction. Most of our day is spent on emails and talking to people on the phone. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We know the local shops around here well. Sometimes we go down for a snack in the afternoon. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We stay focused on what needs to be done and don't worry about looking like a big corporation. It works for us.
