We are located in the Vrindavan Apartment building. It’s specifically Flat No D 12 A in the Malahi Pakri area of Kankarbagh. Patna 800 020 is our home base. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment flat, but that’s how we are set up here. The Kankarbagh neighborhood is always bustling with people and traffic. We open up every morning and get things ready for the day. H D F C Bank has this small space to serve the folks in this part of town. It can feel a bit tight when there are more than five people waiting. We have the usual bank stuff, like computers and forms everywhere. The staff knows the regulars well. We deal with the heat and the noise from the street just like everyone else. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator. It’s just a normal day at the office for us. We don't have a giant lobby or marble floors. It’s practical and tucked away. Most people find us because they live in the apartments nearby. We are just here to help with the day-to-day money things. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of Patna. Sometimes we have to step outside just to get a bit of quiet from the office buzz. It can be a long afternoon when the sun is hitting the windows.
