H Capital ( Total Staff Solution )

You can find us at H Capital, though some people know us by the longer name, Total Staff Solution. Our office is located in Wakad, Pune. We are in the Rama Group Capriccio building, specifically in the F-Wing, Flat 201. It’s a residential-style setup which makes the office feel a bit more comfortable than those cold office parks. Wakad is a part of Pune that has just exploded with growth lately. There are new buildings going up everywhere you look. We focus on staffing, which means we spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about their careers. It’s a lot of matching this person to that job. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a sign in neon lights. It’s just a flat where we’ve set up some desks and computers. We try to keep things real. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. We don't like wasting anyone's time. The team here is small, and we mostly just drink tea and work through the piles of applications. It can get a bit hectic when a big company needs a lot of people at once. But mostly, it’s just a steady flow of work. We’ve been in this spot at Survey No.183 for a while now. It’s a good place to be, even if the parking can be a bit tricky. We just get on with the job and try to be helpful to everyone.
