Gurukul Study Center Educare Pvt Ltd is on the first floor of Gosavi Chembar in the Gulab Nagar area of Dhankawadi, Pune. We are very close to the post office at Kanifnath Chowk, which makes it a busy little corner. The center is mostly just rooms filled with benches and whiteboards. During the afternoons and evenings, the place is full of noise as students arrive for their lessons. It can get a bit crowded in the hallway when one class is ending and another is starting. We have some old posters on the walls and the windows stay open to let some air in from the street. The building itself has that typical Pune look, with narrow stairs and a lot of activity on every floor. We spend our days preparing notes and making sure the classrooms are ready. It is not a high-tech facility, but it has everything we need to teach. The staff room is tiny and usually has a few tea cups sitting around. We know the parents who drop their kids off and we see the same faces every day. It feels like a real part of the Dhankawadi community. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, but that is part of living here. We are not a big chain, just a local study center where we know everyone’s name and try to help the kids learn their subjects in a simple way.
