We go by Gurav Associates Nath Valuers. You can find us at Plot No 706 in the Vikram Properties area. It’s tucked away in Sector No 18, Chikhali, specifically in Shivtej Nagar. This part of Nigdi is always seeing some kind of construction. We’ve been doing valuations and checking out properties for quite some time now. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at buildings. Our office isn't anything special. It’s just a room with a couple of desks, some old files, and a lot of maps. We don't spend much on fancy furniture. Most of our time is spent out on site anyway.
