Gund Gawade Co

We are located in Hivare, which is a small place in the Pune district of Maharashtra. It’s a quiet area compared to the city. Gund Gawade Co has been operating here for a while. We aren't some big industrial giant. We are just a local operation that works with what we have. Most of our days are spent outdoors or in the shed where we keep our supplies. The weather really dictates how much we get done. When it rains heavily, things slow down quite a bit. We know most of the people who live around here. It’s the kind of place where you stop and talk to your neighbors for ten minutes before getting back to work. We don't have a website or any fancy tech. We just use our phones and a notebook to keep things straight. The work is physical and can be tiring, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we have to drive into Pune to pick up parts or materials that we can’t find locally. That’s a whole day trip usually. Our office is just a small room with a desk and a couple of wooden chairs. We keep a calendar on the wall to mark down the dates for different jobs. It’s a simple way of living and working. We don't have titles or suits here. We just show up in our work clothes and do what needs doing until the sun goes down. In the evenings, we usually spend time cleaning the tools so they are ready for the next morning. It's a basic routine that keeps us busy throughout the year.
